I love the location as I have stayed in the Main tower, Annex tower and its surrounding Prince hotel many times. Great location if youre looking to take the train on a daily basis. The Airport limousine bus do stop next to N Hotel and its a 2 min walk. There are airport trolleys to use to move your heavy luggage to the hotel if required. Unfortunately on the way back to the airport, due to the drop in number of passenger using the airport limousine their pick up it at a different hotel. Prince hotel do have a shuttle bus that scoots you over for free and runs every 20 min. I have 14 bags for a family of 4 and it wasnt an issue. Hotel is clean and they alllowed me to check in slightly earlier without much fuss. Check in and out was a breeze. Receptionist was professional and attentive and immediately answered all my inquiries and made the effort to print in colour all questions within 2 mins. Hotel size is considered spacious but small in comparison to other asian or european rooms. They however do have a full floor on level 17 with facilities such as free beverages, workstation cubicle, dressing room, toilet, lounge chair too laze at with a stunning view, conference room where you can opt to chat but they do not allow outside food too be consume here. Next to the hotel there is a food court which is literally less then a minute walk that serves pizza, ramen and other delicious meals at approx Yen 1000. Would I stay there again? Yes

We needed a room very early and on the same day due to severe travel fatigue after arriving. The staff as very understanding of our situation and found us a clean room way before standard check-in time. This sincere gesture was unexpected and we will remember how genuinely compassionate The Prince hotel staff is. The room itself was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. We spent our entire stay in the room to rest and reenergize. The breakfast buffet in the business lounge was very tasty, not too packed, and the staff were again very attentive and helpful. After a rough and unexpected start to our trip, The Prince came through and saved the day. Thank you very much for your unmatched hospitality. 🙇

All of the staff were lovely, helpful, professional, and genuinely happy you were there. It is immaculate, too, which is so important. This hotel is a resort, right opposite the train station in Shinagawa. It was perfect for the last few nights of our trip. It is huge, but you don't see many people. It has everything you can think of if you are having a family touring holiday. I didn't use any of the entertainment facilities, so I don't know what they were like. But they have a water park, bowling, cinema, restaurants, shops, it was excellent all round!

I was only here for 1 night because my first stop before I leave to Nagoya with Shinkansen Train. This Hotel is huge, the facilities is fantastic, rooms is great, using cards to lift and safe. Staff is very friendly and English speaking. About 5 mins walk Shinagawa Station, decent mall type stores surrounding the Hotel. Very easy access to anywhere. The breakfast is fantastic. There was a long queue to the main restaurant but the staff quickly direct us to another breakfast restaurant behind, that's how big the hotel is.

I recently enjoyed a stay at this hotel, and the room was a definite highlight (got a room on the highest floor). The room was clean and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day out. The business lounge access was another great feature. It provided a productive workspace with private cubicles and comfy sofas. The free drink bar with a variety of delicious coffees was a nice touch.
